FAQ

We are based in Billericay Essex but we do try to cover most locations. It depends on our availability as to how far out we can travel. All locations with 10 miles of CM11 are included in our prices, any further out we will add a little travel cost on accordingly. 

PLEASE DO! We encourage you all to take as many photos & videos as you would like. On all our visits there will be moments to pose for pictures so you get the 'perfect pictures'. We don't put any photos with children in on our social media unless we've been granted permission.

All our members of staff are DBS checked & we hold a public liability insurance. 

Please head to our 'GET IN TOUCH' page and either email us or send us a message on our Facebook page. We aim to get back to everyone with in 24 hours but please bare with us if it's a little longer.

For all bookings we will take a small deposit. Please note that until your deposit is paid your booking isn't confirmed. We will pencil you in but if we get another enquiry for your slot then we can't reserve it. All deposits are non-refundable. 

We do our outdoor visits in all weathers. We don't let a bit or rain/snow stop us from having a party. However, if it is torrential rain we can try our best to postpone/rearrange your visit. 

We make all our playlists for your visits bespoke to your requests. We have generic/themed music that we always play but any requests from yourselves are highly appreciated. No request is too much or weird, please just ask & we will try our best to sort it.

It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. We do not supply the original TV, film or cartoon characters. Any resemblance to known copyrighted characters is incidental. The mascots we have are the creation of their manufacturers. Should you have the need for a licensed or copyrighted character we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for that character directly.
